Having a strong supply chain ensures that the furniture ordered will be delivered in full and on time.
This increased predictability allows construction projects to be completed within the time-frame required and reduces the chance of delay.

There is zero pricing risk or deviation when you buy local. Luxmy sells all its goods in $AUD, meaning there are no expensive currency fluctuations to consider.
Benefit #3 - REDUCE CARBON FOOTPRINT
Buying locally (from a sustainable manufacturer) reduces the carbon footprint of the build.
Half the total electricity required by Luxmy's plant is generated by solar panels. If we do not use all the electricity, it is stored in batteries on-site or re-dispersed into the grid to be used by other electricity users. Our aim is to power the entire plant with solar energy by 2024.
95% of inputs used in our production are sourced within NSW – again reducing emissions required in importing inputs from overseas
